Membership is not required to show but only ABIDS members will receive their Championship Certificates.

ABIDS AGREEMENT

I certify that I am the actual owner of the dog, or that I am the duly authorized agent of the actual owner whose name I have entered above. In consideration of the acceptance of the entry, I (we) agree to abide by the rules and regulations of All Breed International Dog Shows (ABIDS), in effect at the time of this show and by any additional rules and regulations appearing on the website for the show and further agree to be bound by the "Agreement" printed below. By acceptance of this Agreement I (we) understand that I (we) are giving up (waiving or releasing) any right that I (we) have to sue or make any claim which I (we) might have or which might subsequently arise or occur against the All Breed International Dog Shows (ABIDS), its Directors, Executive and volunteers for any lost or stolen items and any injuries or death which I (we) or my dog or dogs might sustain while showing. handling or spectator at the All Breed International Dog Shows (ABIDS) shows or events. I (we) certify and represent that the dog entered is not a hazard to persons or other dogs. This entry is submitted for acceptance on the foregoing representation and All Breed International Dog Shows (ABIDS) Agreement that has been read carefully and clearly represents my intent when submitting this All Breed International Dog Shows (ABIDS) - Online Pre-Entry Form.

* By submitting this entry form to the All Breed International Dog Shows (ABIDS) office you are agreeing that you have read and will comply with the All Breed International Dog Shows Agreement printed below. For all intents and purposes this will be the same as your signature as acceptance of the All Breed International Dog Shows Agreement!

* Online Pre-Entry must be paid with PayPal only. and be in to ABIDS office before closing date or this entry will constitute as a Day Of Show Entry with the Day Of Show entry fees will apply.

* If mailing in money for entry fees you must print and mail in your entry form. Do not use this Pre-Entry form but use the downloadable entry form.

I (we) acknowledge that the Rules and Regulations of All Breed International Dog Shows (ABIDS) have been made available to me (us) on the website, and that I am (we are) familiar with the contents. I (we) agree that All Breed International Dog Shows (ABIDS) have the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem to be sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of the show and the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win ribbons, I (we) agree to hold this club, its members/exhibitors, directors, officers, agents, show secretary and the owner or leasers of the premises and any employees of the aforementioned parties, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or upon the show premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss of this dog by disappearance, theft, death, or otherwise, and from any claim for damage or injury to the dog, whether such loss, disappearance, theft damage or injury, be caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence of All Breed International Dog Shows (ABIDS) or any of the parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any other person, or any other cause or causes.

I (we) hereby assume the sole responsibility for and to indemnify and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expenses (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death any time resulting there from, sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves) or on account of damage to property, arising out of in consequence of my (our) participation in this show, however such injuries, death or damage to property may be caused and whether or not the same may have been caused or may be alleged to have been caused by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees or agents, or any other persons.

Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. Judges may not judge dogs owned or co-owned by them.

There will be a grooming & crating area available to exhibitors. Please crate all dogs when not in the show rings. All exhibitors are asked to have their dogs under their complete control at all times. The use of prong collars in the show ring is prohibited. The use of flexi-leads is accepted on the show grounds but you are responsible for your dog. No tie out stakes or dogs tied to bumpers or anything else will be allowed on show grounds.

Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by vet or judge, or barred from competition by action of the Show Chairman or Show Secretary. The All Breed International Dog Shows (ABIDS) reserves the right to refuse entries. Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated at shows. If upon pre-entering and you are not able to attend the show monies will not be refunded to you. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no entry fees will be refunded. Post-dated checks or returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. US Postal Money Orders are not accepted

1. BEST OF BREED CLASS: Best of Breed competition is only for dogs that are ABIDS & FCI Champions a copy of FCI Championship must accompany your Entry Form.
If according to owners or agents records your dog has completed the requirements for ABIDS Championship but Championship has not yet been confirmed by ABIDS office yet your win may be forfeited if no ABIDS Championship is actually acquired.

2. All dogs must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time of the pre-entry for the show. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner, it must be entered in the name of the new owner in any show for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owners have received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in their name. State on entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to parent club or FCI.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS

Judging will begin at 9:30 AM on Saturday & 10 AM on Sunday

Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents/handlers alone are responsible for the presence of their dog/s in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. Judges may not judge dogs owned or co-owned by them.

All Breed International Dog Show Championship Titles

Puppy Championship Title by defeating 10 other puppies in the 3 to 6 months of age.

Junior Championship Title by defeating 10 other junior puppies 6 to 12 months of age. Points are carried over towards your Championship Titles. You must earn 5 more points with one 3 point major to finish out the Championship Titles.

Canadian Championship Title by defeating 15 other dogs, you must earn two 3 point majors under 2 different judges. Points are earned in Breed, Group & Best In Show.

Altered Championship Title by defeating 15 other dogs, you must earn two 3 point majors under 2 different judges. Points are earned in Breed, Group & Best In Show.

Master Championship Title by defeating 15 ABIDS Champions.

Grand Master Championship Title by defeating 15 ABIDS Master Champions.

Supreme Master Championship Title by defeating 15 ABIDS Grand Master Champions.
